Made with Love, Worn with Soul
“Designing for life is my motto. It’s about striving to create meaningful pieces that withstand trends and time, those pieces that you wear everyday and which, in a way become a part of you. This is what inspires me.”
Elle + Adhira presents a boutique collection of bridal accessories that speak to a modern, confident bride – one who carries her own enduring and alluring edge into her wedding day.
Created in collaboration with designers from all over the world, Elle + Adhira’s veils, headpieces, jewels and accessories evoke a unique aesthetic shaped by a love of contrast between opposing forces – the light and dark, the soft and strong, and the elegant and exotic.
This shoot was brought together by makeup artist Emma Mcgill, who brought together a range of creatives to showcase Studio C Bridal latest collection that consist of eight gowns and dresses.
Caitlyn Elliott designed and transformed the materials to make modern yet timeless bridal gowns. The talented designer has a strong background in costume design for theatre, making her a confident choice when entrusting someone to create your dream gown. Caitlyn is focused on creating gowns exclusively for the individual bride, and can also make pieces for your bridal trousseau, completing your look for your wedding day. “…beyond the dress is the bride’s trousseau – all her accompanying accessories for her wedding day. I have a range of one of a kind heirloom lace garters, millinery veils and fascinators, and other accessories…”
The table is set,
soft roses adorn the table, candlelight catches their faces.
He gazes at her, they have eyes only for each other.
They converse, heads bent, voices low, full of love.
It is intimate. A New Years Eve, away from the noise, away from the crowds. Just them, and the light of a thousand stars.”
